- When I finish a workshop, people will often ask me, "How did it go?" And I always say, "Don't ask me, ask them." That's because the true measure of our success isn't what we deliver, but how it's received. Now that we've created our rubrics and implemented our AI enhanced learning experiences or entering the evaluation phase of the ADDIE model, a crucial part of this phase is collecting and analyzing learner feedback. This feedback will not only help us assess the effectiveness of our current course, but also inform future improvements. Here are some things to take note of. One, learner engagement with AI tools.
