The three amigos in action

- To see The Three Amigos in action let's revisit our example of a coffee shop employee. Our three amigos are Yosh, the product owner, Stephanie from Development and Audrey from Testing or QA. These three perspectives can help provide some context for a potentially confusing situation that could arise when trying to understand the scope of a story. So Yosh might initiate a conversation around a story involving sales associates processing transactions, where Audrey, from Development, asks for a specific example. Yosh says, "This is a pretty simple story "so we won't waste too much time. "When processing transactions for coffee "we want to allow for customers "to pay with cash or a credit card. "Either way, the amount we charge "the customer should be the same." Audrey, from QA, then responds, "Can you give me a specific example?" Yosh replies, "Sure.
