- [Speaker] Welcome to another AutoCAD Tip and Trick. And in this particular case, we're going to take a look at some drafting using various selection methods with your AutoCAD geometry. Now we've got a drawing for that. It's called 418 Selection Methods.dwg, and you can download it from the library to follow along with this particular Tips and Tricks video. Now, there's lots of different selection methods available to you in AutoCAD. Now, once you've downloaded the drawing, just make sure you're in the model tab and you can see that we are in a typical 2D office plan layout. Now what we're going to be looking at is the layout of the Office plan itself and also, how we can select various objects in that Office plan. Now, the good thing is a lot of the objects are blocks, so that chair is a block there, that desk is a block there and so on. That's going to make our object selection a little bit easier rather than select lines and so on. There will be lines on Arc selected in this Tips…
