- [Instructor] Welcome to another AutoCAD Tip and Trick. We're going to be taking a look now at adding dimension jog lines to our dimension annotation in a drawing. Now we've got a drawing for you. It's 392 dim jog lines.dwg, and you'll be able to find that in the library and download it to follow along with this tips and tricks video. Now once you've got the drawing open, just make sure you jump into the model tab and just make sure in the layers panel on the home tab on the ribbon that you are using dimensions as the current drafting layer. Now we already have a preloaded dimension style. Now in the home tab on the ribbon, I can go to the annotation panel here, click on the flyout, click on this little symbol here that takes me to my dimension style manager. Now the current dimension style is architectural millimeters, this one here. So just select it, go to modify, and then you want to go to the symbols and arrows…
