Working with absolute and relative 3D coordinates

- [Speaker] We're in a new drawing now called coordinates dot dwg. And, we're in the southwest isometric view in AutoCAD using the 2D Wireframe visual style. All of this is up here in the view control. As you can see, southwest isometric is there, 2D Wireframe is our visual style. Now, we're in 2D Wireframe cause we are literally using 2D geometry, but in a 3D environment, you can see I've got a polyline there, I've got a polyline there. Now, the lower polyline is exactly 500 units below the upper polyline here, but this one here is set at the Z equals zero elevation. This one here is a Z equals 500 elevation. So, basically one is 500 above the other. And, these lines here literally go from corner to corner. They are just standard AutoCAD lines. Now, enough of the geometry, what we need to talk about here is coordinates. Now, your absolute and relative coordinates still work in the same way as they would in your 2D…
