Configuring your views

- [Instructor] Once again, we're staying in our 3D design metal plate dot DWG file and in this particular video we're going to take a look at how we configure our views in the layout tab. Now, something you may have already noticed possibly, if you're a bit eagle eyed, you may have noticed that when you click on a view in the layout tab, one of these preset views that we brought in using our drafting standards and so on, look at the ribbon. You've got the layout tab there but you've also got the drawing view contextual tab. This allows you to edit each individual view. It also allows you to create views from that particular view as well. I'll look at that in a minute. Let's look at editing our views. If we edit the view, what can we do here? We can change the scale, we can change the edge visibility. We can also show hidden lines as well, so we might do shaded with visible and hidden lines or shaded with visible lines. I…
