AutoCAD 3D modeling in mechanical design
- [Shaun] AutoCAD provides a highly usable 2D and 3D interface for mechanical designers to develop their designs and ideas using numerous tools that enable the design of mechanical components and assemblies. Not only does AutoCAD allow you to visualize your mechanical designs, but it also allows you to communicate them by plotting your mechanical drawings in both hard copy and electronic formats such as PDF. Using your existing AutoCAD skills gained from other AutoCAD courses in the library, this course will get you using the processes needed to use 3D AutoCAD effectively. You will also learn some neat tips and tricks from me on how to use AutoCAD for mechanical design, and work a bit smarter and not harder. So join me, Shaun Bryant, and let's get into the essentials of 3D modeling in AutoCAD for mechanical design.
