- [Instructor] We're staying in our metal plate annotation.dwg file and we're currently in the layout tab which is called metal plate GA and details. Now you'll notice in the layout tab especially in the side view view pole you can see those dimensions that we placed in the model tab. Now, the reason they're looking a bit weird there in the side view is we've placed them in the top view in the model tab. So if I go to the model tab there's my dimensions in that top view. Now, if I went to say the front view or the side view, you can see them there, those little red bits there. Now they don't look very pretty, do they? Let's jump back to our isometric view like that. You see them there in the isometric but they look best obviously in the top view like that. Now, that's great.
