Using the Count functionality to check the number of objects in an AutoCAD drawing

- [Shaun] We have a new drawing for you for this particular video, so make sure you download it from the library, and it's called "New Office Project_FINAL.dwg." And what I want to show you as part of the sort of CAD management tools in this chapter is the ability to count blocks in your AutoCAD drawings. Now, you'll recognize the office project, it's that little office layout with various blocks like chairs, desks, computers, plants, et cetera. Now, if you go to the View tab on the ribbon, you'll see in the Pallets panel here, there is the Count pallet. Click on that, that'll open up the Count pallet. I'm just going to drag it over here to the left, like that, so we can see what's going on. Now, what I love about this particular palette is I've got the ability now to go and look up blocks in my drawing. So if I went to chair, can you see it highlights all the chairs, count of four, there's the info about them there, and it displays the details of the count in the Count palette. I can…
