- [Instructor] We're staying in our officelayout.dwg file and we're going to take a look now at the mirror and offset commands in AutoCAD. Now I mentioned previously in previous videos that we're going to look at a way of freeing up this desk here in the bottom left corner, because at the moment somebody needs to hurdle the desk to get access to the chair and sit at the computer. So we'll look at that one second. What I'm going to do is show you a simple mirror first to fill up this cubicle here top right. So we're going to select the plant, the chair, the desk and the computer like so. Make sure you select all four objects. We're then going to right click and have a look at shortcut menu. And you'll notice that Mirror is not on the shortcut menu in AutoCAD. So we have to physically go up and click on Mirror in the Modify panel. So just hit escape once, that'll close the shortcut menu and keep the object selected.…
