- Generative AI gives you and your team superpowers, and it doesn't matter if you're a seasoned project manager or just getting started. AI can act as your creative partner. Popular apps, such as Open AI's ChatGPT and Google's Gemini, are powered by large language models, LLMs for short, which are trained on huge amounts of data. This allows them to create new content, such as images, text code, and videos, with nothing more than a simple voice command or text. In practice, you'd feed a sample or template into an app like ChatGPT. Then you'd provide it with details about your goal or initiative through what's called prompting, and then through additional prompts, you'd refine the results.
