- Once you've determined your project needs, it's time to choose AI-friendly, cloud-based software. This is the second step in setting up your AI project model. Today, AI is being built into the software and apps you're already familiar with and use most often. This way, you avoid the hassle and expense of building an in-house system, but what software set up will work best for you? You can gain clarification by asking what functionalities do I need? Is it compatible with my existing system? Does it integrate with other software programs? Can I schedule meetings and collaborate on documents in real time? Take for example, Microsoft 365. It already has AI features built into offerings, such as Outlook and Teams. These tie in well with Microsoft Project as well as Copilot, the generative AI chatbot that can interact with you using natural language.
