Turn on agile features for a project
With Project Online Desktop Client, you can create an agile project from scratch or add agile features to an existing project. Let's start by creating a new project. So I'm going to go to the File tab and then click New. At the top of the new screen, there's a big icon called Sprints Project. To create a project with the agile features turned on, click that button. That creates the new project. It adds the Sprints tab to the ribbon and it displays the Sprint Planning Board View, so you're ready to start adding tasks. On the other hand, what if you have an existing project and you don't have the agile features turned on? Well, no problem. Let's go back to the File tab. I'm going to open up an existing project. To turn on the agile features, let's start by going to the Project tab. And then in the Properties section, click Manage Sprints. That opens up the Manage Sprints dialog box.
