Reprioritize and manage the backlog

In agile projects, requirements evolve as work progresses, which means you might add or remove features from the backlog. In addition, you reevaluate feature points and priorities before you assign features to the next sprint suppose there's a new feature for the backlog. In that case, go to the first blank row and click in the Name cell and type the name of the feature, Calculate Net Profit Forecast and press Enter. Notice in the Show on Board column, it's automatically set to Yes, which means it'll show up in a Task Board view. Then you go to the Points column, C-points, and we'll set that to two points. Go to the Priority column, set that to two points. The sprint is already set to No Sprint which is what we want. So let's go and reapply the sprint group. Now you'll notice that the task is in the No Sprint group and it's sorted to where it should be based on its priority. You can also remove a feature.
