- [Instructor] In this demo, we'll create a next-gen Kanban project and create issues in our new project. We are logged in as Alanna Grant. We can see her icon in the upper right. There are currently no projects in our instance of Jira, so we'll start by clicking the Create project button. We'll change the template to a Kanban template. We'll name the project Project A. For access, we'll choose open, which means that anyone with access to the site can see the project. We'll click Create and are brought to the Kanban board for our project. The board is currently empty since no issues have been created yet. So let's create some issues. There are two ways to create an issue, either clicking the Create button at the top or clicking a plus sign in the column. We'll click Create at the top.
