One of the things to think about when you're doing Agile is to not get too carried away with getting very specific about the technique you're using, whether it's Scrum or Kanban. And part of this is that in my experience of the real world, many organizations have actually had real problems when they get too rigid with implementing Agile. So on one hand we have chaos, which is no type of project management. And I've seen that. And that's terrible because every day you wake up in fear, you know, you're you're really chasing your tail.
