Let's talk through some anti-patterns of project management. We talked about a lot of things you can do correctly, but it's also important to know what are the things that are red flags that you can immediately get into and stop before they cause a huge problem. Well, one of the big ones is this idea of hero-driven development. I've noticed this in many companies that are dysfunctional is there's a hero that's constantly saving the day. They're working nights and weekends, and really, this is a bad recipe for failure because the person can get burned out, they can quit. Also, it shows that there really is no rigor to the way everything is done each week. So that's one key red flag to avoid. Another one is crisis-driven development.
