It's easy when a new technology comes out to get really excited about it and to focus only on that new technology. But really, what we're thinking about when we look at AI is these four key concepts. We have: Customer service, increase productivity with coding. We have, you know, increased content development strategies. And we have automation, just general purpose automation. But before we can even get there, we need to look at the system that the AI would be used in. And first up, we need to look at Agile/Lean methodology and say for example, you know, what am I going to deliver this week? Do I have the buy in from the organization to incrementally deliver results, do weekly demos, have a, you know, effectively an iterative project management philosophy?
