Daily stand up

- Now that you have a backlog of work to deliver and we've planned what backlog items we could deliver together in a sprint, what is the best way to stay in sync with your team daily and identify any blockers or changes in scope? This is where an agile ceremony or meeting known as the daily standup comes in. The daily standup gets his name from the fact that teams would stand up during the meeting to collaborate and facilitate discussion. And some believe by standing, it helps keep the meeting short. In the daily standup, each member of the team answers the following three questions. What did I finish? What will I finish next? And what is stopping me from finishing? The answer to question three, what is stopping me from finishing, is the most important answer that the entire team is listening for.
