- We're not adopting agile for the sake of just saying we're an agile team or an agile organization, it's to be able to get the benefits of an agile way of working. One of the biggest benefits is getting validation through feedback very quickly and very regularly. Agile enables fast feedback, and exposes if there are miscommunications or misconceptions about what is being asked for. Within weeks, we can start and complete a portion of the project scope, receive feedback, and correct the course if necessary. In this course, you follow the lifecycle of stories, going from identification, through to the point where it's ready to be implemented. The next part of that lifecycle is to actually implement the requirement, get feedback on it, and get it to a point where it's considered done.
