Adding labels to a graphical report
- [Instructor] Adding text boxes to label your reports will help your audience understand what they're looking at. Well, let's add a label to our Project At A Glance report. Click the Report Design tab. Then in the Insert section, click Text Box. When you go down into the report area, you'll see a cursor, and you can use that to define the rectangle for your label. Once you've created the rectangle, just type in the text you want. Percent work complete for entire project. Well, when I click away, that doesn't really stand out. So I want to format this text so it looks a little better. So I'm going to click the label again, select the text. Then I'm going to right click and choose font. I can choose the font style, like bold. I can change the size. If I wanted to, I could change the color, maybe make it a dark blue. You can also do superscripts or strikethrough, or all caps or small caps, whatever you want. Then click Okay.…
