- [Instructor] Similar to the recent ability to apply filters and color effects to an entire layer, we now have the ability to apply blend modes in a similar fashion. This again, pushes the creative envelope, allowing for even more expressive effects within animes. So here we have a little animation, and if I scrub along, we can see that it's just Sebastian, and he goes through and floats in and then kind of hovers there a bit. Let's have a look inside of our advanced settings for properties for our document, and as we can see here, as is the default, we are using advanced layers. To actually apply blend modes to a layer, all we need to do is click on any of the frames here. So I'm going to just click on this key frame right here, and notice over in the Properties panel, that we can go ahead and have a look at the different display options. And for clarity, I am going to collapse everything else that we have going on here, so that we actually can focus on our blend modes. We can see…
