- [Instructor] When working with forms, a lot of it has to do with the design itself, where you make space for each of the text box or the dropdowns or the check boxes. You want to make sure that everything that has a need has a space, so a spot for names, a spot for contact information, addresses, free responses, check boxes. All these things need to have a place and so the design of a form is very important. But when we get to the functionality of a form, that is equally important because what we are doing is we're taking something that's normally filled out on paper and we're providing it to our audience and our end user in electronic forms, and we need to make it so that they can look at it, fill it out, and return it in a very efficient, very user-friendly, very intuitive kind of way. So we're going to take a look at how we can create a form and turn it into something that is fillable. So right now, I have our trusty Graphikos-Documents.pdf, which has all of our forms together…
