- [Instructor] You have two PDFs that have very similar names and look identical when you open them up. How can you spot the differences to make sure you email your client the correct version? You try to compare the PDFs manually, but very quickly realize, this is going to be a very difficult time-consuming task, and you just don't have enough time. The client needs the correct file ASAP to go to the printer and meet the project deadline. You can't just give up, so you have to find a solution and find it fast. Allow Acrobat to save the day by comparing the files automatically to point out the differences and help keep your client smiling. To get started, download the course files and open the folder 0301.ComparePDFs. And then open the two PDFs inside. With both of the PDFs open in tabs within your acrobat window, click on the tools button to the upper left. Then look in the share and review section for compare files and click open.
