    I've never done a course before and the steps for setting up a github fork and/or cloning the course repo and using github codespaces didn't make sense to me. So I'm going to end up going through this course with a cloned repo but no idea how that clone relates to the fork of the repo that I created on github. So I will probably not be pushing any of the changes from this course.

    I found it useful. However, I had to work out how to do quite a lot of things on my own, because the video/visuals don't provide enough support and the instructor jumps from one page to another without guidance. Examples: (1) The instructor said to click on the branch icon in the menu, but you cannot find it unless you are familiar with the icon used, and the video does not indicate where it is. You might think it's near top of the screen, since the branch options drop down from there. Or you might think it is in one of the menus of options, since the instructor mentioned 'menu'. Neither of these assumptions is correct, though. (2) To fork the repository, the video jumps to GitHub. It doesn't show how to fork from CodeSpaces; and it doesn't show how to get to GitHub from CodeSpaces.

    This could be a great course, but unfortunately the content is littered with "Rephrase" which is not only a bit confusing but also means the author/team failed to focus on attention to detail. The tips and tricks throughout are useful, even as a seasoned GIT user I learned a few, but there is very little in the way of guidance, more a video series on watching someone type in a terminal.
