Mindfulness is paying attention in the present moment, on purpose, without judgment, as if our life depends on it. This Art of Living course series offers skills and tools for cultivating well-being by strengthening awareness of body, mind and emotions. Participants should dress comfortably and bring a towel or yoga mat. A limited number of yoga mats are available for those that need one.
