We are excited to hire an Enrolment and Marketing Specialist to join our team!

Founded in 1977, Mississauga Christian Academy seeks a passionate team member with 3+ years of experience and knowledge in social platforms, digital marketing, tracking and reporting, and client communication.  We also want someone up for the challenges and opportunities of this new position.

For the Enrolment and Marketing Specialist role, we seek someone ​who can craft​ and implement marketing and communication strategies to attract prospective families and students and support the school's mission and growth.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually (depending on experience)

Campus Location: Mississauga, ON (onsite)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing and Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.

  • Lead marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance enrolment initiatives.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and maintain alignment with MCA's brand and ministry objectives.

  • Represent MCA at local events, seminars, and churches to promote the organization.

• Pulling data from analytics platforms and/or CRMs (including Google Analytics).

• Help to grow our enrolment through strategic digital marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• experience with working on ad platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics

• Adaptability with a desire to learn and develop your skills.

• Drive to continuously grow school enrolment by leading our enrolment management recruitment program, including organizing open houses, tours, and special events.

• The ability to manage and collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Working within deadlines with a continued emphasis on project detail.

• An analytical mindset showing accuracy and proficiency with numbers and data, as well as the ability to build reports and present findings.

• Strong communication skills, both internally and client-facing, with a friendly demeanour.

• Confidence in your work, especially during client interactions.

• The ability to accept constructive feedback and apply changes where required.

• Critical thinking skills with the capacity to develop unique approaches to problems and projects.

It’s a bonus if you…

• Have work experience with paid and search ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc).

• Are familiar with task management/Gantt chart software

• Are creative and curious.
