A dress too showing her collarbones which are much more defined like before he lost weight. On the other hand, Tammy leaves the house more. Before her weight loss, Tamm rarely left her house. Making it required a large production wheelchair, ramp, walker, special van and oxygen tank. Not to mention he needed the help of someone strong enough to push his wheelchair. Now that Tammy has regained her mobility and independence, she is no longer a prisoner of her own body.

Based on how slim her face is in this TikTok, it’s clear that Tammy has lost even more weight than previously known.
The fact that Tammy filmed TikTok while sitting in a regular car seat is symbolic. For the first four production seasons of the year 1000-lb Sisters, Tammy couldn’t drive a regular car. On the rare occasion that Tammy would leave the house, she had to be driven around a minivan with the middle seats ripped out so he could sit on the floor. As an adult, 1000-lb Sisters star has never looked thinner than she does in this recent photo. Her shoulders look shockingly narrow, and her neck looks thinner than ever. Her current weight is unclear and Tammy has extra skin.
Excess skin is a side effect of massive weight loss in a short period of time. That extra tissue can weigh a lot.
Tammy has dealt with the fact that while she would one day like to have cosmetic surgery to remove all the excess skin, it is a very large expense that Tammy simply cannot afford.
