Scene description: Well it's that time of the year again: spring! College students are out and about letting their hair down and tops off! This week's submission winner comes from our brothers at the *** *** Chi fraternity. Every year they throw a bad ass party to kick off Spring Break, and everyone wants in on this; some more than other apparently! This year the boys at Chi decided to exploit this and video tape those girls that will do anything to party with the kings of the campus. And why not, right? Things got hot and heavy as these girls showed off their goods and then some.
