Guidelines for corporal punishment of new girls
Guidelines for corporal punishment of new girls and women in a grade 1 reformatory.
There should be 3 aspects to corporal punishment. These are humiliation, fear and pain
For humiliation, girls should always be naked when punished and should be made to fetch the instruments that will be used to punish them.
To maximise fear, the severity of the punishment, the extreme nature of the pain should be emphasised to them at all opportunities in the build up to the punishment. They should not be told when the punishment will be given and may be kept waiting for weeks. During this time they will be kept naked. Their cell should be next to the punishment room so that she can hear the agonised screams of other girls being punished. She may even be shown the asses of newly punished girls.
When a girl is to be punished she will be given no notice. She will be taken to the medical officer who will give her a thorough and intimate examination and an enema before pronouncing her fit for extreme corporal punishment. Most girls will be crying and begging for mercy. However, they will be told that they must remain silent at all times. Otherwise they will be gagged. The girl will also be told that there is no chance of mercy and that the punishment will be carried out to the full regardless of how much they screamed in agony.
The girl will then be taken to the punishment room where she will see for the first time the heavy wooden flogging frame to which she will be firmly strapped for her punishment. She will also see the array of whips and canes that will be used to flay her raw. She is likely to be in a state of shock at this point and may need to be physically dragged to the frame. She will struggle, but she is no match for five strong male cadets.
She should be very tightly secured to the frame so that she cannot move in an attempt to make the excruciating pain more bearable. Her legs should be wide apart so that her cunt and asshole are clearly visible to all present.
The objective of the flogging is to inflict the maximum possible pain and the cane or whip should lashed across the girl's bare bottom with all the strength of the cadets. Even after a couple of strokes the girl should be screaming in agony. The minimum number of strokes is four dozen. There is no upper limit.
